H Y P E R B O L E    L I S T E N I N G    S T AT I O N 


The concept of Hyperbole Station is to create a structure which works as a Sound Shelter. It gathers the people on the floor and invites to listen carefully to the treetops, creating a moment of reflection and awareness of the soundscape.  HYPERBOLE STATION creates a space where the contemplation it´s about the immaterial, in this case The Sound. Inside of the station, the visitors can listen in an amplified way the sounds from the environment, and in the same time, amplified  the sound from themselves as a feedback between the environment and themselves. 

This project is a collaboration with Claudio Squella under the frame of the Festival of Art & Construction IFAC, Portugal.
